Many people do not know that you should change your toothbrush at least once every 1-2 months. Many people prioritise their physical and mental health over their oral health last. 

I created a piece inspiring people to put sell-by dates on toothbrushes. If we wouldn't eat food past a certain date, why would we clean our teeth with something out of date?
